Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless an error is on our end we will be more than happy to accommodate. 

Shipping Damage

We carefully inspect and package each order with care. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. If your item arrives damaged, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Orders (Our Mistake)

  • A clear photo of the item received

Once verified, we will gladly send the correct item at no additional cost.
